Abbey Logistics – A UK and European, Industry Leading, food and non-food tanker Distribution Business are seeking to recruit HGV Tanker Drivers across the UK.

Rates of Pay: Vary dependant on location and shift pattern
Northern £15.00-£18.20ph
Southern £16.84-£19.25h

Duties will include:

• Collection & Delivery of product in tankers to and from customer locations
• Keeping your vehicle in clean condition
• Working at heights
• Using your digital hand-held device to record all circle checks and deliveries
• Following company procedures in accordance with strict industry guidelines
• Involves connecting and disconnecting hoses for loading and unloading.
• Requires climbing onto tanks to check hatches and seals.
• Manual handling of equipment such as couplings, valves, and hoses.

Requirements

• Class 1 (CE) HGV Licence
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Professional and safety-focused attitude
• Can safely operate within a fall arrest system of up to 140kg
