HGV 1 Powder Tanker Driver – Days
Various shift patterns available
Days must include ONE weekend shift each week
Nights out will be required but not guaranteed

The role of an Abbey Logistics HGV 1 Driver is to safely and efficiently, deliver customer products using powder tipper tanks throughout the UK and into Europe if required.

Duties will include:

• Loading and unloading of Powder Tipper Tanks
• Keeping your vehicle in clean condition
• Working at heights
• Using your digital hand-held device to record all circle checks and deliveries
• Following company procedures in accordance with strict industry guidelines
• Use appropriate equipment to safely discharge materials via tipping or blowing system
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries, maintaining strong customer service standards

Requirements:

HGV 1 Licence for a minimum of 12 months – Max 6 penalty points
Valid DCPC Card
Tanker Experience Preferred but not Essential
Nights out will be required but not guaranteed
