Road Transport and Logistics Accreditations and Certifications

We are an accredited logistics provider, qualified to transport a wide variety of bulk liquids and bulk powders with our road tanker fleet. Abbey Logistics is accredited to international standards through our adherence to CDI-mpc, and SQAS. In addition, our management processes are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

Our liquid fleet is SCOPA registered and is also accredited to TASCC Standards. Abbey Logistics is also a FORS accredited transport provider.

We also hold BRCGS accreditation for storage and distribution, with our Wirral Warehouse achieving a BRCGS AA+ certification for the third year in a row. This reflects our ongoing commitment to the highest standards of product safety and quality.

To ensure our driver team are fully compliant and trained to the highest levels, we operate an approved, fully accredited Driver CPC training center which delivers Abbeys own CPC accredited driver training.

While these accreditations fulfil legal compliance, our best in class operational, safety and compliance standards go above and beyond what is expected of a road transport and logistics company and we proactively work with our customers and partners to drive further improvements in these areas.

We have a rigorous approach to all aspects of security, whether it involves the security of data, people, assets or client property and products. We carry out regular reviews and discussions with the appropriate security authorities to ensure the Group is maximising its capabilities across the entire business.
