Sales Ledger Additional Charges Controller

Job Description

Responsible for the prompt raising of invoices in relation to haulage deliveries where additional charges have been incurred. To raise any regular or adhoc sundry invoices. To deal with associated queries.

Salary

£22,00 to £26,00 (depending on experience)

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Duties may include but not limited to the following activities:

  • To agree charges and raise invoices promptly and accurately for non-standard charges.
  • To agree charges and raise invoices promptly and accurately for demurrage charges.
  • To raise weekly, monthly and adhoc sundry charges.
  • To use customer portals to gain invoice payment as required.
  • To perform reconciliations ensuring all costs have been captured.
  • Produce reports as required.
  • Liaise with colleagues and customers to resolve any queries or issues.
  • To keep up to date accurate records.
  • To assist Sales Team and Manager as and when required.
