We are seeking to recruit a Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager to provide maternity cover for a period of 9 – 12 months.
The role manages the company HR System and focuses on employee relations/engagement across the business. Candidates must demonstrate excellent IT skills, strong ER skills and possess the ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels. Experience in a Logistics HR role, HR leadership and project experience is a distinct advantage.
Our HR team provide a high level of HR Service for a diverse workforce of around 600 colleagues.
The role is based at our Head Office in Golborne, Greater Manchester and we plan to engage the successful candidate early to ensure a seamless handover of duties.
