Stock & Inventory Manager





Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe working environment, adhering to Health and Safety procedures at all times.
  • Responsible for driving high standards of work and ensuring quality processes are implemented.
  • Work with management team to identify errors, eliminate root cause and assist with implementing processes to resolve issues and improve quality.
  • Monitor stock levels for all warehousing customers and provide weekly reports.
  • Lead weekly stock checks and quality checks across site.
  • Resolve customer stock queries efficiently.
  • Support with training for warehouse operatives.
  • Provide support to admin team and be involved with weekly invoicing.
  • Monitor goods in reports.
  • Facilitate customer visits on site.
  • Support with projects.

About the candidate

  • Strong communicator at all levels.
  • Good leadership qualities.
  • Understand the importance of Health and Safety regulations and environmental standards etc.
  • High experience of managing within logistics/warehousing and working with WMS.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Organised and works well against KPI’s.
  • Problem solver, high level of motivation.
  • Experience of providing customer service in logistics.
  • Understands the importance of quality standards.


  • IOSH Managing Safely
  • CPC Transport Manager – Desired but not essential
  • Minimum 2 years within a similar role.
